How to Close Your Account in the NDTCO Mobile App

We're sorry to see you go! If you no longer wish to use your NDTCO account, you can request account closure directly within the mobile app.

Before You Close Your Account

Please review the following important information: 

  • All assets and funds must be liquidated or transferred before closure.
  • All outstanding fees must be fully paid.
  • Your data and transaction history will be retained according to our Data Retention Requirements.

Steps to Close your Account in the NDTCO Mobile App

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the NDTCO mobile app
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Open the Profile menu
  4. Scroll to App Settings and select Login
  5. Select Close Account
  6. Select account to close
  7. Select Close My Account

If you have already uninstalled the NDTCO app from your device, you may log into the web version at https://app.ndtco.com and follow the same above steps.


What Happens After You Request Account Closure

  • NDTCO will review your account to ensure it meets the requirements for closure.
  • We may contact you if additional action is needed to complete the process.
  • You may receive a confirmation email or notification. 
  • You may receive an annual statement.
  • You will lose online access to your account after 2 years.

Some data may be retained as required for legal obligation and regulatory compliance. Any retained data will be securely stored and handled according to our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Requirements
